691.12 ADVANCED STUDIO PRACTICE IN ART AND TECHNOLOGY

PREREQUISITE: Students must be a senior year BFA major in Art and Technology, or a graduate student in Art. Student is responsible for obtaining permission to enroll in this course from an Art and Technology faculty member.

2 to 5 credit hours - This course is repeatable for a maximum of 20 hours.

MEETING TIME & PLACE: Arranged with the faculty person.

This is an independent study course available to undergraduate seniors and graduate students. It is designed by the student in consultation with a professor of their choice. Student is evaluated based on fulfilling the goals of their project proposal.

This course is an opportunity for the student to do independent research in the pursuit of their artistic goals and is often used to produce work for senior shows and graduate research. The student is advised to take this course with a faculty member from whom they would like to receive creative and critical input.
